Really pleased with that I used Hana travel. They were the cheapest quote I could find and the best thing was that they provide boosters and child seats for free. Some other sites were charging €15 per seat per journey which meant that for my 2 boys I would have paid €60 for a return trip. The minivan was spacious and clean and the driver offered us water and soft drinks during the journey. Would highly recommend you use Hana Travel.

On this day (24.10.2018) it was rainy, we had tents dismantled in the morning and at 14:30 clock waiting for the car, the car arrived almost an hour earlier! When booking on the website I have booked a 8-seater Mercedes. 11.10.2018 we were picked up by a car, with which I have no complaints, and we reached the hotel in Okurcalar in one hour. But on the way back on 18.10.2018. the car was a 13-year-old Volkswagen, so we had turbulence in the car and our ride took 1.5 hours, although the way back is always shorter. I made a change to date and time for our return, no issue / yes provided, followed by text and email confirmation within 5 mins with no cost implications. Excellent services. Both vehicles we used, were new, high spec, safe. Friendly drivers and helped with our baggage. From a cost point they are not the cheapest, however they are not the most expensive... I think they have pitched their prices to reflect the business model / service they wish to offer... €100 for 2 taxi’s (airport to hotel and return)... for 1 hour and 20mins / 110km each way... spot on...

I would recommend Hana Travel for your transfers without hesitation. Booking online was easy. Confirmation was immediate and the email provided What’s App contact details too. We were met at Antalya Airport upon our arrival and escorted to our very comfortable six seater van. All staff we encountered were professional and courteous. On the day of departure I sent a what’s app message to request our collection be pushed back by 15 minutes and received an immediate reply from Khadija to say she would look into it, which was quickly followed by a confirmation message. The return to the airport was as prompt, smooth and professional as the arrival. Hana Travel went beyond this high level of service the day after our departure by looking in the vehicle we had used for some lost glasses; finding them and returning them to the hotel for them to be brought back to the UK by another guest. Again all via prompt What’s App messages.I could not recommend Hana Travel highly enough.

Excellent service. Our inbound flight was delayed by 1 hour, but they track flight information and adjusted accordingly - someone promptly greeted us at the airport exit. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and had two child seats - just as requested on the way from and to the airport. Ride was very smooth and the driver was driving very carefully. Electronic communication is excellent, including a reminder about hotel pickup - I received an email confirmation a day before departure from the hotel. We were a couple of minutes late, so someone called to inform us that the driver was waiting and to make sure we were on our way. The only slight miscommunication occurred when paying for the transfer - we reserved round-trip transfer with payment to the driver. The driver expected total cost of roundtrip transfer and we thought we pay for the inbound trip and for the outbound trip separately. We figured this out easily with help of hotel staff (as driver didn't speak English). Might be a good idea to make it clear at reservation that total cost of the reservation should be paid on arrival. That is just a minor improvement suggestion, otherwise excellent service in every way. Definitely recommend.

From beginning to end you are looked after with care - and all for a very good price.I had to cancel my booking due to payment issues and was contacted by the guest relation team asking if they could help in any way. I use this service for the third time. Every time everything getting better and better. When we arrived, the car was already waiting for us. Last time we waited for 12-15 minutes. And what kind of car .... We ordered for 4 adults and two children. They sent an eight-seat Mercedes with a mini-bar (they did not use it, but it was nice), Wi-Fi was free (they were very convenient on arrival), a refrigerator with free water (actively used) and beer.
